Man splashes his poo in court.

O this is exciting!



A mild drama occurred at the Igbosere Magistrates' Court, Lagos Island, when a suspected thief John Okoko, 30, suddenly went wild inside the court and threw faeces at litigants and lawyers.



Witnesses told P.M.NEWS that the accused suddenly shouted in court that nobody can try him.



He removed his clothes, passed out faeces and threw it at everybody inside the court.



The incident sent everybody inside the court room scampering for safety. Some of them started looking for water to clean up.



The accused later rubbed his body with the faeces, an action which prevented court security guards from touching him.



The incident disrupted court proceedings as an offensive odour pervaded the court room.



When P.M.NEWS got to the scene, the accused was being led out of the court to a mini cell within the court premises by armed mobile policemen who locked him up.



Court cleaners were also invited to scrub the floor and clean all the seats in the court room.



Investigations revealed that the accused was brought to the court by the police at Bar Beach Station to face prosecution for allegedly stealing a laptop valued at N250,000 from a complainant on Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria on 4 August, 2011
