R.kelly in financial trouble.

R. Kelly is facing more issues besides having an emergency throat surgery.



Kelly is reported to be facing foreclosure on his Chicago mansion (what is this ? - this means he is facing the possibilty of losing his house due to bankruptcy) as I gathered he is meant to pay some amount of money yearly as rent for the mansion, #? Why didn't you buy the house instead kellz! and is now facing a huge debt with delinquent federal taxes.



According to DetNews, the Pied Piper owes more than $837,000 in federal taxes. The lien was filed against Kellz on January 6, 2010.



Fortunately for Kelly, previous financial problems were resolved in June. According to reports, the IRS lifted a $1,036,858 tax against him, lightening his debt.



Since last weeks hospitalization to drain an abscess on his tonsil, Kellz has been released, although he will need to take an indefinite break from performing, so any tour date will be postponed until a later date.
