Sandra Bullock Not Adopting Jesse James' Daughter
Despite Sandra Bullock's close relationship with Jesse James' daughter, Bullock is not planning to become her legal parent. "There are no plans, nor have there ever been any plans, for Sandra Bullock to adopt any of Jesse James's children," her rep tells PEOPLE. James was granted full custody of six-year-old Sunny in December after her mother, James' ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, was jailed for tax evasion. Bullock, who stood by James during the custody battle, successfully argued that Sunny would be in danger if left with her mom.
