"The kid is not my son"   : Teen idol Justin Bieber and his legal team are striking back over a woman's claims that he is the father of her newborn baby.
According to Star magazine (via RadarOnline), a Californian woman named as Mariah Yeater, 20, has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Bieber, 17, alleging he is the father of her three-month-old baby boy.
The website reports that, according to court paperwork filed in late October, Yeater wants Bieber to take a paternity test "to scientifically confirm" he is the father of her baby.
She is also asking the court to force Bieber "to provide adequate support for my baby," according to Star mag.

Yeater, in an affidavit signed under penalty of perjury, claims she was 19 years old when she had sex with the singer backstage at one of his Los Angeles shows last year.

 She claims in her lawsuit: "After waiting for a short period of time with several young women, Justin Bieber appeared and engaged me in conversation.

"Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.
"I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time."
She alleges the encounter was "brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds".
