BABA SUWE GRANTED BAIL
Nollywood star, Babatunde Omidina - aka "Baba Suwe"- has been granted bail by a state High Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos.
Baba Suwe, who made his first appearance in court on Tuesday was granted bail in the sum of N500, 000.
However, the bail will only take effect after a 15-day court ordered detention that lapses on November 4.

The presiding judge, Justice Yetunde Idowu, while ruling on the suit filed by Baba Suwe's lawyer, Bamidele Aturu ordered the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency to release the ace comedian on November 4 if no drug is found in his body.
The 53-year old comic actor was arrested at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos on October 12, while boarding an Air France flight to Paris.
