then click on the twitter user button on the top right of the web page.

now click on the sign up button for first time user's
this is below the login area for current user's

once you have done that and have provided the necessary information on the opened link, click submit and your twittad account is ready to start creating earnings for you.

p/s. Remember your username and password, as you need these to enter your twittad account and track your earnings.
