Lead the development and routine analysis of manufacturing management systems.

Accountable for cost reductions and continuous improvement activities performance.



Develops and enhances manufacturing performance measurement and reporting systems.



Works closely with corporate level and plant cost accountants to bring high visibility and broader understanding to manufacturing cost performance.



Experience in business and manufacturing modeling, operations research, capacity planning and business simulation tools.



Experience with Monte Carlo simulation.



B.S. in Engineering or Accounting or related field



8+ yeas of experience in a manufacturing environment



Experience utilizing Six Sigma, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts.



Must be proficient in Microsoft Programs Crystal Reports, Visual Basic and Access
