Khloe Kardashian was in NYC today for the U by Kotex "Real Talk Campaign", which empowers young women to take control of their health. The campaign kick-off was held at the Flatiron District South Pedestrian Plaza.
Khloe showed up to the event in a skin-tight red dress and bright heels with gold straps. What do you think of her outfit? How about the gold bag........
